Google User Data: When you connect your Google Business Profile via OAuth, ReviewStream accesses your business locations, review text, star ratings, and reviewer names.

Account Information: We collect your name and email address to manage your subscription.

Billing Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store your credit card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Review Management: We use the Google Business Profile API to display your reviews in a dashboard and allow you to post replies.

AI Assistance: We may process review text through AI models (such as Gemini or GPT) to generate draft responses for your approval.

Milestone Tracking: We calculate review trends to help you reach your rating goals.

3. Google API Disclosure (Limited Use Policy)

ReviewStream's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell your Google data to third parties.

We do not use Google data for advertising or for training general-purpose AI models.

We do not store Google data for longer than 30 days (cached for performance only).

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You may disconnect your Google account at any time. Upon request, we will delete all data associated with your account within 30 days.
