ReviewStream Terms of Service

By using ReviewStream, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

ReviewStream is a reputation management tool that allows users to monitor Google reviews, track rating milestones, and generate AI-assisted responses.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Pricing: The service is billed at $4.99/month per location or $49/year per location.

Free Trial: We offer a 30-day "all-access" free trial with no credit card required upfront.

Trial Expiration ("The Blur"): After 30 days, if a subscription is not active, your dashboard data will be blurred and inaccessible until payment is processed.

3. User Responsibilities

Account Ownership: You must be an authorized owner or manager of the Google Business Profile you connect to ReviewStream.

AI Responses: ReviewStream provides AI-generated drafts. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is posted publicly to Google.

Prohibited Use: You agree not to use ReviewStream for "review gating" or any activity that violates Google’s Prohibited and Restricted Content policies.

4. Google Terms of Service

By using this app, you also agree to be bound by the Google Terms of Service. ReviewStream is not affiliated with Google.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your data will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReviewStream is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any changes in your Google search ranking or any actions taken by Google regarding your business profile.
